Cliff Mabry, a small-town preacher resentful of his lot in life, finds solace in the arms of a local jezebel. I love astrology, minerals, sacred geometry & ALL things metaphysical. She is a classic and is truly one of my favorites. You really had me right there with Cribbs and Mrs' B. Herman, throughout the narrative maintains a tone of impartiality.
