The book is very repetitive without actually giving much information. Really, really good fantasy book that has everything anyone can look for in that type of book and even more. It is a great story and a wonderful way to teach kids about Pi. The frantic search for a cure-all for the evil cancer drives the plot of this novel through all its gyrations and mysteries.
